For owner operators, 20 to 200 people

Runs the work that repeats.
Waits for your yes on anything it cannot undo.

The client records, the invoices and the books, the documents, the follow ups. It learns how your business actually works from your own files and answers, and gets on with the parts that repeat every week.

Software gives you tools. This gives you staff.
It does the work. You keep the last word.

No sign up. The workspace opens on a sample company.

Every founder eventually becomes the switchboard. Madar takes the switchboard.

Not a chatbot you visit, and not a workflow you maintain. A set of departments that already know how your company works, doing the repeatable half of the day while you keep the half that needs judgment.

The context graph

Everything it knows, held in orbit around you.

A picture of what Madar holds for you, drawn with a sample company. Your clients, your people, the rules you set and the things waiting on your word, all kept in one place so no department has to ask you twice. Drag it. Click anything.

copper is you, and anything that needs you ice is what the system holds on its own

It holds the business, not a conversation.

01

Departments on call

Seven departments: sales, marketing, finance, customer support, people, operations and technical, with forty seven specialist roles between them, from a closer to an accountant to an Arabic localizer. Your plan sets how many you use: one on Launch OS, two on Founder OS, all seven on Business OS. You choose which, ask as any of them, and change them any time.

02

Built on your business

Before it says a word on your behalf, it learns your business: a short setup interview, the price lists and policies you add, and every rule you tell it. Context is the product. A generic tool starts from zero every morning; yours compounds.

03

The permission ring

Every send, booking, payment and deletion waits for your word, one at a time, on the Approvals page in the app. Each card says in one plain sentence what will happen, with the details a click away. Nothing leaves until you say yes.

04

You watch it work

The live stream names what it is touching, not just that it did something: the file it opened, the record it read, the address it is about to write to. You can catch a wrong move while it is happening, not after. Credentials are never shown, by design.

05

Your AI staff have written limits

Every specialist is briefed to the top of its craft, and every brief says in writing what that role must never do, before it lists a single skill. On Enterprise, our team also examines each department on your business before it starts. No agent starts work on charm.

06

It comes back

Your workspace restarts itself if it ever stops. Every night it is backed up, encrypted, to storage kept apart from its server, and we have checked that those backups open. A system that cannot prove it comes back is a demo, not infrastructure.

How your systems come in, today.

Your data comes in as files. Drop an export from your accounting system, your CRM or your spreadsheets into the chat, and Madar reads it, answers from it, and makes Excel and Word files back for you. Your own mailbox connects on every plan with an app password, and on Founder OS and up you can add any remote MCP server from Tools and mail. One click Google sign in, Outlook and calendars are being built now. Nothing is sent, posted or paid from anything without your approval.

Not on the list does not mean no. If a system can export a spreadsheet, Madar can read it today. A live connection to anything with an API can be built by our team as part of an Enterprise engagement, quoted in writing before any work starts.
New this month

What shipped in September.

Each of these is in the product today. What is still on its way says so.

A second product

Madar POS

A cashier and stock system for grocers that tells you to call the supplier before the shelf is empty, and keeps selling when the internet drops. The owner's Madar assistant comes with it.

An app on your phone

Add Madar to your Home Screen and it opens full screen, with a notification when something waits for your yes. On iPhone this needs iOS 16.4 or later.

Founder OS and up

The morning report

At seven in the morning, your time: what came in, what is owed, what waits for you, built from your records. Business OS adds scheduled work of your own.

Every plan

Your documents, kept inside

Knowledge reads PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel inside your own workspace, and every answer names the document it came from.

Every plan

Files in your brand

Word and Excel files with your letterhead, your title block and your footer, for each business you run.

Every plan

It sets itself up

Five steps on the first sign in: your business, your departments, your tools, what needs your yes, and how it should talk. Help answers from the manual at no cost.

Proof, not promises

We run our own company on it.

TSB Labs runs on Madar OS every day: client follow ups, proposals, prospect research, finance checks, content. It runs on its own server, not a laptop: close the lid and it still answers on the phone, books and cancels meetings through the calendar behind the approval ring, and the hosting costs nothing. It looks after itself too: every part restarts itself if it stops, the database is copied to object storage every night, and the copy is proven by restoring it, not by counting files. Even recall is measured rather than trusted: the threshold that decides when a remembered fact may enter a conversation is set by evaluation against labelled questions, every answer found, nothing pushed into a conversation where it does not belong. The demonstration is not a slide deck. Book a call and watch our OS run our business, live.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

What happens after I pay?

Your 7 day free trial starts, and nothing is charged until it ends. We prepare your private workspace and email you a link to choose your password. On the first sign in, a five step setup learns your business.

Can it send an email or pay someone on its own?

No. Every send, booking, payment and deletion waits on the Approvals page for your tap, one at a time, with one plain sentence saying what will happen. You can answer from your phone.

Where does my data live?

In a workspace and a database of your own, never shared with another customer, backed up every night and encrypted. Your documents are read inside that workspace. Download everything whenever you like.

Which systems does it work with?

Anything that exports a spreadsheet, today: Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, HubSpot, Shopify and more. Your mailbox connects with an app password on every plan, and Founder OS and up adds any MCP server. One click Google sign in, Outlook and calendars are on the way.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open it in the browser, or add it to your Home Screen for a full screen app with notifications (iPhone needs iOS 16.4 or later).

I run a shop. Is there something for me?

Madar POS: a cashier screen, stock with low stock alerts, supplier orders on WhatsApp, customer and supplier credit, and receipts in Arabic and English. It keeps selling when the internet drops. See Madar POS.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Plans and usage in the app. Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get it back, monthly or yearly. How refunds work.

Hire the first department today.

No setup fee and no call required. Madar interviews you about your business, you drop in your price lists and spreadsheets, and the assistant inside the app teaches you the rest. From $149 a month plus VAT where it applies, or two months free when you pay the year.
