The short version
Every self serve plan starts with a 7 day free trial, so you can judge it before paying anything. After that, any payment can be refunded in full on request within 14 days of the charge, monthly or yearly, no questions asked.
During the free trial
Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Your payment method is only used when the trial ends and the plan continues.
Within 14 days of a payment
Ask and we refund that payment in full, whether it was a monthly renewal, a yearly plan or a top up of AI use. The subscription is cancelled at the same time.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for, but that period is not refunded. Nothing renews after you cancel.
How to ask
Email akenterprise.om@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the link in your receipt. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Enterprise
Enterprise deployments are covered by their written agreement, which states its own terms.
Your rights
This policy adds to, and never removes, any right you have under the consumer law where you live or under Paddle's buyer terms.
