Good to know before the call

Scales: the cashier screen cannot read price labels printed by a scale yet. Today a weighed item sells by its own barcode or name, and the cashier types the weight.
On the way, not in the package yet: promotions, loyalty, moving stock between branches, and Oman e-invoicing (Fawtara).
What works today: the cashier screen keeps selling cash and card when the internet drops, receipts in Arabic and English, customer and supplier credit, and restock alerts on your phone.
Hardware is yours: a Windows PC or tablet with Chrome or Edge, a USB barcode scanner and an 80 mm receipt printer at each counter.
