Who you are agreeing with

These terms cover this website and the Madar OS application, both operated by Ahmed Yahya Al Kindi Enterprise, a sole proprietor establishment registered in Muscat, Oman (commercial registration 1399884), trading as TSB Labs. Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. When you subscribe, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms.

Plans, trials and billing

Madar OS is sold as a subscription: Launch OS, Founder OS and Business OS, billed monthly or yearly at the prices on our plans page, in US dollars. Enterprise is sold by written agreement.
Self serve plans start with a 7 day free trial. A payment method is taken at the start; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We email you two days before the first charge.
During the trial, AI use is capped at USD 20, about 2,000 credits. Your plan's full monthly allowance starts with the first payment, less what the trial used.
After the trial, the plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before tax; Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where the law requires it.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI use, in credits. It renews each month, and what is left of it does not carry over. Use beyond it is sold as top ups at the price shown in the app before you buy; nothing extra is charged without your confirmation. Credits you buy never expire, and are spent only after the month's included ones.
If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or in the reminder we send before your trial ends, or by emailing billing@madar-os.com. There is no cancel button inside the app yet. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy: any payment can be refunded in full on request within 14 days of the charge.

Using the application

You agree to:

connect only accounts you own or are authorised to administer
keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if they are exposed
not use it to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages
follow Anthropic's Usage Policy, because Madar's answers are written by Anthropic's Claude models
not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or sublicense it without written permission

You remain responsible for what is sent from your accounts. Madar prepares the work and stops at anything irreversible, such as a message, a booking, a payment or a deletion, so a person is always the one who approves it.

Answers are written by AI, and AI can be wrong. Madar can misread a document, get a number wrong or state something with more confidence than it deserves. Check anything that matters, such as figures, legal points, prices and dates, before you rely on it or approve it.

What we own, and what you own

The software, its design and its documentation remain the property of Ahmed Yahya Al Kindi Enterprise. Your business data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content and we do not use it to build a product for anyone else. You can ask for an export of it at any time, and for its deletion when you leave: write to privacy@madar-os.com and we do it within 30 days. There is no button for either in the app yet.

The demonstration pages

The walkthrough and the demo workspace on this site run a fictional company. Every company, person, client and number in them is invented; do not rely on any figure shown there as a statement of performance.

Availability

We work to keep Madar OS available and improving, and features may change. Anything our plans page marks as rolling out is not part of the service until it is live. Where the service depends on a third party, such as Anthropic, Oracle, Paddle or an email provider, an outage there is outside our control; when Madar cannot reach its AI model, it says so and takes no action until it can.

Liability

To the extent Omani law allows, our total liability arising from the site or the application is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription, and remove any tool you connected from Tools and mail. If you ever gave Madar access to a Google account, you can revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, and will say why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes fall to the courts of Muscat. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them, and subscribers are told by email before the change takes effect.
