Two products, answered separately: a price or a rule for one never applies to the other. Anything marked rolling out or on the way is not live yet. Not sure which product you need? Which one do I need.
Launch OS $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Founder OS $490 a month or $4,900 a year. Business OS $1,490 a month or $14,900 a year. A year is two months free. Enterprise is from $4,500 a month plus a deployment from $25,000, on a twelve month term. Prices are in US dollars, and Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies. The plans, line by line.
Yes, 7 days on Launch OS, Founder OS and Business OS. Paddle, our merchant of record, takes your card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you two days before the first charge, with how to cancel. During the trial AI use is capped at USD 20, about 2,000 credits; your plan's full allowance starts with the first payment.
No. You set Madar up yourself: on the first sign in, a five step setup learns your business. Only Enterprise is deployed by our team, from $25,000.
Design yours asks three short questions and shows the plan that fits, what it includes and what it costs. Or book twenty minutes with Ahmed.
Your trial starts. We prepare your private workspace and email you a link to choose your password. The first sign in walks you through your business, your departments, your tools, what needs your yes, and how it should talk.
Launch OS 3,000 credits a month, Founder OS 15,000 and Business OS 40,000. Enterprise is scoped with you. The month's credits renew each month, and what is left does not carry over.
1,000 credits for $25, 5,000 for $115, 20,000 for $420, plus VAT where it applies. Buy them on Plans and usage in the app. Credits you buy carry over from month to month, are spent after the month's included ones, and stay with your workspace while it is kept.
Yes, up or down, from Plans and usage in the app. The change starts at once: Paddle charges, or credits back, the difference for the rest of the period, and you keep the billing cycle you bought. During the trial the plan changes now and the subscription follows with the first payment. Enterprise is a conversation, not a button.
Each workspace has the owner's sign in, on any number of phones and computers. Staff sign ins, each with its own role, are rolling out
Both are live on Business OS. Mission Control is one screen with what is owed and overdue, the money in and out this month, the next steps due, the pipeline stage by stage, what waits for your yes, and when each automation runs next. An automation is a job you ask for in the chat on a schedule, such as every Monday at 9, list who owes us and draft the reminders. You can keep up to ten, each no more often than once an hour, and the result comes in the app and by email. An automation drafts and changes nothing; anything to send waits for your yes.
By email to the owner, with a link that opens the Approvals page; the email never carries an approve button, so the decision is made inside the app behind your sign in. Turn on notifications in Settings and your phone tells you too. A request waits an hour for your answer; if nobody answers, it is refused and nothing happens. Alerts on Telegram are rolling out
Your mailbox connects on every plan with an app password: Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud and most hosts. Madar reads, drafts and sends only on your yes. On Founder OS and Business OS you can add your own tools through any remote MCP server, from Tools and mail. Files read in the chat: Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, PowerPoint and plain text. One click Gmail, Outlook and calendar sign in is rolling out
It answers in Arabic and English. The app screens are in English.
On Plans and usage in the app, press Manage or cancel your subscription. It opens Paddle, who handle our payments: change your card, see your invoices, or cancel. It asks for your email and sends you a code. The link in your Paddle receipt does the same, or write to billing@madar-os.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period paid for.
Any payment can be refunded in full on request within 14 days of the charge, monthly, yearly or a top up, no questions asked; the subscription is cancelled at the same time. After 14 days you can cancel any time, and the period already paid for is not refunded. Paddle refunds to your card, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The refund policy.
In a workspace and a database of your own, never shared with another customer, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, backed up every night and encrypted. A Gulf region is rolling out; until it opens, nothing is hosted in the Gulf. Download my data and Delete my workspace are in Settings; a deleted workspace is gone within 30 days of your request. Security and your data.
These are rolling out and not part of any plan until they are live:
Write to support@madar-os.com for help and billing@madar-os.com for payments and refunds, or ask the support assistant, which files a ticket a person reads.
Each package includes one branch. Grocery 49 USD a month, each extra branch 29. Supermarket 99 USD a month, each extra branch 59. Hypermarket 299 USD a month, each extra branch 149. Paid yearly is 20% off, on extra branches too: Grocery 470.40 USD a year and 278.40 for each extra branch; Supermarket 950.40 USD a year and 566.40 for each extra branch. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. The packages.
Grocery and Supermarket start with a 7 day free trial: Paddle takes your card, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you two days before the first charge. Hypermarket has no free trial: it is set up with you and sold by written quote, and nothing is charged until you sign.
Grocery: up to 3,000 items, 3 cashiers and 1 manager a branch. Supermarket: up to 25,000 items, 12 cashiers and 4 managers a branch. Hypermarket: no limit on items or staff, set up with a person. An import that would pass the item limit is refused whole, so count your list first.
Choose the branches at checkout, up to 50. To add one later, write to support@madar-os.com and we add it to your package at the extra branch price. Then open it in Settings, under Branches.
Grocery and Supermarket change on Plans and usage in the app. The change starts at once, Paddle charges or credits back the difference for the rest of the period, and your branches come with you. Moving to Hypermarket is a conversation with our team.
Yes, on every package with two or more branches. Send the stock from one branch; it leaves that shelf at once and the transfer gets a number, like TKHW-000123. The other branch confirms what arrived, and anything short is kept on the transfer as a difference. How, step by step.
Any tablet or computer with Chrome; a Windows PC with Edge is best, because receipts then print with no print window. A USB barcode scanner that ends each scan with Enter, an 80 or 58 mm receipt printer set as the default printer, and a cash drawer plugged into the printer if you want one. Your card machine stays as it is. We do not sell hardware.
Not to keep selling. Cash and card sales and receipts go on offline and send themselves when the line is back, within three days. A sale on account, an account payment, a return and closing the shift wait for the internet.
Grocery 700 credits a month, Supermarket 1,700 and Hypermarket 5,000. They are for the owner's assistant only; selling at the till uses no credits. Top ups are the same as Madar OS: 1,000 credits for $25, 5,000 for $115, 20,000 for $420.
Yes: Excel or CSV, a Word or PDF price list, or the database export (.sql) from your old point of sale. Madar reads it by rules, shows what it found, and saves nothing until you press Import.
Yes. Each item carries 0% or 5% VAT in Oman, and receipts print in Arabic and English, as a simplified tax invoice or a tax invoice with the buyer's details. Saudi ZATCA e-invoices and Oman e-invoicing (Fawtara) are on the way, not in the packages yet.
You choose once, before the first item: the six Gulf currencies, US dollars, euros, pounds or another. The packages are priced in US dollars.
The owner, and managers unless the owner turns it off. Cashiers never see cost prices, margins or other people's sales, and the server holds to that.
Yes, الدليل بالعربية, with the same chapters as the English guide. The screens are in English, so each step names the English button with its Arabic meaning.
On Plans and usage in the app, press Manage or cancel your subscription: it opens Paddle, where you change your card, see your invoices or cancel. The link in your Paddle receipt does the same, or write to billing@madar-os.com.
For Grocery and Supermarket, a full refund on request within 14 days of any payment, extra branches included. After that, cancel any time and keep the till until the end of the period paid for. Hypermarket refunds follow its written quote; where the quote says nothing about refunds, the same 14 day rule applies. The refund policy.
Download all of it first, one file per table. When a package ends the till keeps selling for 30 days, then Madar POS is read only for 30 days, then the workspace is deleted, at least 60 days after the end, after two emails and a person at Madar confirming. Renew before then and everything is kept.
Write to support@madar-os.com: say the shop and the branch, what you pressed, what the screen said, and the receipt number; a photo of the screen helps. The ? on every screen, the user guide and the support assistant help too.
